A Guide to setting up your goals and dreams for 2023!

Meditation
The best way to get into a flow before creating a mood board is to connect to the source/universe and open your heart to receiving clarity for your next chapter.
You can use guided meditations on youtube. Here is a meditation to help you center yourself Manifesting, What do you Desire? Law of Attraction 20 Minute Guided Meditation
Guided Meditations are great to use to lessen the pressure of meditating on your own. It can be overwhelming if you haven’t mastered sitting still. I use guided meditations because I often feel anxious and have difficulty focusing on my breath. Using a guide, you know how long you will be in meditation, and when your mind begins to drift, you are brought back to your breath.
Before starting your meditation, set your intention! Here are a few that you can use:
What do I desire?
What makes me feel alive?
What is my dream goal?
While your eyes are open, take deep breaths. Close your eyes, and check in with your environment. What do you see? Hear and Smell? Take a full body scan starting with the top of your head and ending with your toes.
Focus on your breath. Ask yourself one of the questions that I added above. What are my desires? Let go and think and focus on your intention! After you finish the mediation. Check in on your environment and gently open your eyes.
Breathing deeply allows you to relax, helps manage your stress and anxiety levels.
Now that you have centered yourself take a moment to reflect on how you feel. Journal your thoughts before getting to the fun part which is finding images match your desired outcome.
The Fun Part: Creating your mood board!
Before you find your images, I highly recommend using this guide if you need more assistance setting up your goals. I saw many of my goals this year, and I plan to be more calculated in the new year. We can dream and dream all we want, but our goals and ambitions can take much longer if we don’t take action. This year I found myself waiting for things to show up on their own, but recently I chose to take more effort, and opportunities fell on my lap instantly. This usually is how my life works when I make time and work towards my future little by little multiple doors open at once! This can be overwhelming, but enough chit-chat. Here’s a guide I am using, and so should YOU!
There are Seven Areas to focus on; write these out as if they already happened. (I found this on Pinterest) Not only are we manifesting, but we are also putting in the WORK! Most importantly, add how you will take action!
Financial
How much do you make annually?
What does your home look like? Where are you living?

You mapped out these seven areas and can now find visuals representing your dreams. You can find inspiration on Pinterest or find images on Instagram. I have built collections on my Instagram, and it helps when I need to understand my vision, and it helps you in this process of creating your mood board.
After you source your photos, you can create a poster on canvas or use an app like collageable to stitch your photos together. Once you create your mood board print it out so you can look at it in your space. I also like to set it as my lock screen. One of my mentors even recommended creating a note with your dreams and making it your lock screen so you can always refer to it! There are so many ways you can remind yourself of this vision. Find out what works for you, and DO THAT!
